Hiring the Hall

If you are interested in booking the hall, please first check availability using the up to date calendar of bookings. 

Once you’ve checked availability of the hall for your chosen date(s) and time(s), the enquiry form can be used to submit your booking request. 

The Booking Co-ordinator will contact you to confirm that your booking date is available and the hire fee and deposit required. 

You will then be asked to complete the online hire agreement. Your booking will remain provisional until we have received your payment of the required deposits.

Following your hire, we would be very grateful for any feedback, which you can submit using the feedback form.
